Problem description: Someone sent me a request to exchange cards, with the message: "Due to the other party's privacy settings, you currently cannot send them a card application."
In my QSL record settings, I have also disabled "one-click card replacement request", and I have tried enabling and disabling it again, but it still doesn't work.
