一年转2次卡，还行，都是凭爱发电，从上到下都是爱好者和志愿者在服务，用着免费的就不要骂街没有人拨经费，因此只能收不能发，发自己找附近的大车跟团觉得自己卡少建议多做通联，现在都电子确认，QSO少自然给你发卡的就少

国外很多卡寄到了，我认为还可以，每年1-2次转运，为爱发电免疫任何差评。JARL的卡片局每年可是要付费的。

The reason was that I saw this meme, and then remembered sending over ten QSL cards to the Japanese JARL Buro a few days ago, confirming my FT8 contacts while on vacation in Fuzhou during the winter break. (Then I got chills.)

I'm wondering if anyone has used CRAC Buro and can report on its efficiency, as well as the typical QSL card delivery cycle.

And, if CRAC Buro really needs more people, could they recruit more volunteers to help with distribution? Currently, it seems like there's only one person in charge per province.

It seems that the Japanese postal service requires the recipient to be a member of JARL (Japan Association of Road and Logistics). The price for sending letters domestically in Japan is also reasonable, so it's better to send them directly.

I exchange my card twice a year, which is fine. It's all based on passion and dedication; the service comes from enthusiasts and volunteers at every level. If you use free services, don't complain.
No one was available to handle the funds, so I could only receive payments but not make any. I had to find a local trucking company and arrange for them to transport the goods.
I feel like I'm not getting enough QSL cards, so I suggest making more contacts through various bands. Since everyone is using electronic confirmations now, the number of QSOs will naturally decrease, which means fewer people will send me QSL cards.

BG2EFX Actually, it's not really an accusation (although the title is a bit awkward). I just wanted to investigate the efficiency of different CRAC Buro organizations in receiving and distributing cards (since each region has its own methods). Then, I was thinking about whether there might be ways to improve the card distribution process while still relying on self-generated power.

Many cards from abroad have arrived, and I think they are good. I plan to ship them out about once or twice a year, and I won't respond negatively to any negative reviews. The JARL card issuing office also charges an annual fee.

Going to Beijing to help isn't realistic; I've been relying on getting cards from Zone 7 for the past few years, and it's important to quickly get a card from someone in my own zone (basically, just checking if one is available).
I divided some last year, and a large amount of them were just one each for me hhhh

If a foreign amateur radio operator sends a QSL card to the Chinese national association, is it distributed after removing the envelope and only keeping the card, or are both the card and the envelope distributed together?

YofoaStudio Actually, it's not necessarily necessary to go to Beijing. My idea is that perhaps the un-sorted cards could be sent directly from Beijing to the ham operators who are willing to sort them. This would avoid the need for Beijing to complete the enormous task of preliminary sorting of all the cards nationwide.

Then, volunteers can directly sort and send them to various locations. If possible, they could even skip the numerical sorting step and directly sort and mail them to provincial card distribution areas. This would save a step and potentially improve efficiency.

I've been operating for three years, with a total of 7700 QSOs, but I haven't received any QSL cards from BURO yet.

I think the biggest challenge lies in not knowing where I heard it, and forgetting that the sorting work for "buro" was outsourced to Century Gold.
Can you guarantee that someone's relationship is stronger than the one between Century Gold and Yu (laugh)?
