It's a strange requirement, but there's a scenario where you're riding a bike with headphones on, and the headphones are connected to a walkie-talkie. The walkie-talkie is listening to a radio. In this situation, pressing the PTT (push-to-talk) button on the headphones won't transmit anything, but after receiving a signal, you can transmit within 5 seconds. Both the official firmware and the "rabbit" device have this setting.
