My K6 phone keeps losing signal, and I hear a clicking sound when the signal is weak. Is this normal?

When the signal is weak, noise cancellation is turned on and normal listening is possible, but there's a "pop" sound every few seconds. The voice can still be clearly heard.
Is it a hardware issue or a firmware issue?

losehu132 custom settings; this was also the case with the previous firmware.
Can it be resolved?
Or would resetting to the original factory firmware be a better option?
The Motorola, Baofeng, and iEDEL products I have don't work like this.

Don't flash firmware with Chinese channel names; just flash one with English channel names.
You can try compiling your own version of the losehuxxxEK firmware (with English menus and many additional features), or you can directly flash a version that doesn't require expansion (with Chinese menus and fewer features).

BG2EFX At least, from my personal experience, flashing firmware with English channel names doesn't cause this issue. I've noticed that when the screen displays a large amount of newly refreshed content at once, it can create interference within the device.
