As everyone knows, there are various ways to create QSL cards. I have received many QSL cards from amateur radio operators throughout my career, and I am always impressed by the designs of these cards. Most commonly, they use special papers such as copper-plated paper or pearlized paper as the medium, and they are printed using offset printing, which offers advantages in terms of low cost and high volume.
Each QSL card, after being designed and produced using an offset printing machine, undergoes a cutting process. This means that the initial print runs are relatively small, typically starting from a few hundred copies...
My expertise in operating a radio is basic, but I have extremely strict requirements for the quality of QSL cards. Therefore, I use an unusual method within the industry to produce my own cards.
Art micro-jet printing is a printing technology that I would like to introduce to you today. Unlike traditional ink printing, it uses an sRGB color output mode, which enhances color brilliance while also providing finer quality rendering.
However, this technology is not without its drawbacks. While it brings color and texture, printing a 6-inch card takes 4 minutes, and the high cost of ink and paper makes it expensive.
However, even with that, my QSL cards will never charge anyone! This is simply to share with everyone, in order to increase the fun of exchanging cards, I have specially launched a "limited edition" QSL card. The corners of the card are rounded, and the back also has labels that differ from the "standard version".
By using a lottery method, you can obtain the limited edition version, which will be sent together with the standard QSL card. This gives the experience of drawing cards, making the process of exchanging cards even more enjoyable!
My QSL card designs are diverse, and new card designs will also be added to the selection of exchange receipts. Friends who apply for an exchange can choose their preferred QSL card.
