Liridice If you need to transmit, consider the IC-705, which has FCC approval for the 144-148 MHz and 430-440 MHz bands.
BI1NIZ I haven't seen any that are only 6 meters and 2 meters long; they usually use HF+50MHz, or just 144MHz+430MHz.
