There was a post on hellocq about applying for a visa, but it's from over ten years ago. I don't know what the current process is.

Thanks to the convenient conditions provided by recent solar activity peaks and the FT8 digital mode, this small milestone was achieved relatively quickly. It's worth commemorating.
