The CRAC Five-Five Festival event site reconstruction has been completed.

Recently, the idea of refactoring and open-sourcing the CRAC "Five Five Festival" site was discussed in a developer group chat within the HamCQ community, and it has received some support from other operators.

The benefits of open-sourcing include allowing students with sufficient time and resources to gradually improve the project, incorporate more ideas, and achieve greater potential.

Currently, the plan is to use Vue for the frontend and Go for the backend, with a focus on separating the frontend and backend. This approach aligns with the general consensus.

The system will not experience high concurrency scenarios. During the event, the number of page views (PV) was approximately 100,000 in both 2022 and 2023, with a cumulative total of around 200,000 for QSO (Quick Service Order). The number of awards distributed totaled approximately 10,000.

I'm not saying we should purchase his website system to run the event, but rather that we create a similar real-time logging system for the event itself. I believe this requirement shouldn't be difficult for Chinese programmers, however, no one in China has mentioned or implemented such a thing.

This issue was already being discussed in WeChat groups and should also be included in the GitHub feature request list, dating back to when this system was developed in 2022.

The HamAward website, which you mentioned, benefits from a subscription of €15 per month for 10 days (approximately €350/month, equivalent to Tencent Video's €25/month XD). This provides good support, both for the server and for developers (with no hidden intentions). Furthermore, it has a well-developed ecosystem.

Overall, implementing this feature is not difficult, but it requires server support with higher configurations, as well as support from both front-end and back-end developers (in terms of time, effort, and enthusiasm), and on-call troubleshooting during runtime. Additionally, when developing the client-side local log forwarding functionality, compatibility across different operating systems and potential installation issues need to be considered.

In summary, all previous activity site logs have been submitted in a consolidated and unified manner, and real-time uploading has not yet been implemented.
