The California station, W6AFA, on the West Coast, operating in Zone 3, has been communicating with ZONE3 multiple times via the VOACAP system. The current propagation forecast (as of today: SFI=225, SN=251, A=10, K=2) is available on VOACAP.

The forecast indicates a high probability of strong winds during the early morning hours.
The K3LR station in Eastern Pennsylvania, Zone 5, experiences frequent competitions. The current propagation forecast for VOACAP is as follows:

It seems unlikely to work well, possibly due to the K-index. The forecast also indicates a high probability of 20-meter band propagation. Because the direct path signal from UTC needs to pass over the North Pole, and geomagnetic disturbances cause significant signal distortion, the predicted success rate for UTC is lower. However, it's still worth trying.
On long paths, at high frequencies in the evening, there might be a slight possibility (probability higher than 20m SP), and if you have multiple frequency bands (e.g., 8 meters), you can try it. As for the "倒V GP," it doesn't matter; just hearing that someone is transmitting is sufficient.

It's more difficult to receive broadcasts from Zone 7 in Eastern US compared to Western US, but it's still possible to pick up some signals. We just need to wait for larger stations with good antennas to come online.
