First, consider the requirements, then consider the budget. These two things are not comparable.
The X6200 doesn't have a UV light, but adding a separate UV light stand is likely to be cheaper than the 705. Therefore, if you really need an all-in-one solution, there's no need to buy the 705.
The primary use of UV is for city-to-city repeaters. Otherwise, it's difficult to connect with other hams due to the current density of amateur radio enthusiasts. Also, for car-based group operations, a handheld transceiver is more convenient in terms of size and portability.
If the budget is limited and the primary concern is whether to buy or not, I think the X6200 would be a good option. However, if you're really committed to buying one, then the 705 is a better choice.
