"Hertz" is a name, capitalized.
There are no 6-meter UV radio frequencies that have been approved domestically, so you can only purchase a full-band radio, which primarily uses shortwave frequencies, to apply for a license.
There are multi-band radios from Wouxun and TYT with a 6-meter antenna (note: the 6-meter antenna is not yet approved), but using a frequency synthesizer with a 6-meter antenna makes it very difficult to operate.
According to regulation A, you can purchase a full-band license. However, the authorities refused your application with the statement "As an 'A' licensee, you cannot operate shortwave radios," which is essentially discriminatory and unfair.
