Referencing the reception from BPM, you can use WebSDR to send valid, detailed, and authentic information to:

I strongly recommend that anyone who can use their own receiving equipment should do so. The QSL card I have is the one I received when returning home, using a radio to listen.

When using a BPM carrier, if you can still hear the UTC signal, it's likely coming from WWVH.
If BPM can hear some female voices speaking in English when sending the Station ID, that would likely indicate a successful reception.

By the way, I'd like to mention Canada's government time standard server.
The callsign for this station is CHU, and it transmits on the 80m (3330 kHz) and 40m (7850 kHz) bands, as well as the 20m (14670 kHz) band.
Although this radio doesn't use standard frequencies (like WWV, which I can clearly receive in Canada), it still uses UTC time.
The administrator is the Canadian National Research Council.（NRC）The transmitter is located approximately 15 kilometers southwest of Ottawa, Canada's capital (45.2948, -75.7579).
The transmitting power for the 80m and 20m segments is 3 kW, while the 40m segment is 5 kW (which is significantly less than WWV).
