我也觉得还是等正式文件。真要限制老B有的是办法。比如给老B类限制时间“到**年**月**日止，不再给老B新增加发射功率为15w以上至100w的设备审批设台，已设台的，申请延续的依然有效”，然后循序渐进淘汰设备...

在出新规废止67号令之前，老B100W新B15W不会变动，也不会因为操作证更换而改变。
