I have accumulated some QSOs with Japanese stations (mainly using FT8), and I wrote a QSL card based on the principle of open communication. I documented everything from buying stamps to sending it, in order to keep a record and share my experiences, hoping to inspire others.
Stamp
Buy discounted postage on Taobao.
After some research, the risk of buying goods at a price significantly below 70% is quite high (even if you say it's fake, it might still work, and it's generally not noticeable to the naked eye. Most places don't check, but there's a risk of inspection when going through customs?).
If you want a simple way to identify genuine and counterfeit stamps, you can buy a 365nm UV flashlight for around $10. The fluorescent agent on the stamp will fluoresce under UV light; however, counterfeit stamps may have a blurred or missing fluorescence.
Envelope
I used white international envelopes （GB/T1416-2003）. According to the staff I consulted, regular envelopes cannot be used for international mail; you must use white international envelopes.
International envelopes and domestic ones have slight size differences, for example, a small envelope that is about the same size as a QSL card, while international C6 is 162.*114mm, domestically, B6 (3rd) is 176*125mm. If the small envelope contains a large number of cards (around 15), it will become slightly larger, causing the corners of the cards to rub against the envelope and potentially damage them.

Unlike domestic postal systems, international letters have the sender's address in the upper left corner and the recipient's address in the lower right. The names of the countries involved are noted in Chinese (as shown in the example below).
The postage calculation can be used with the WeChat official account "China Post Micro Post Office," which includes a cost calculator (accurate to g).I'm not trying to convince everyone to buy another scale.
If the stamp cannot be affixed to the front, it can be affixed to the back.
Shipped
Some post offices do not handle international business and require consultation.
When sending international packages, some regions may require inspection of the contents, so do not seal them beforehand.
