操作证约等于驾照，电台执照约等于汽车牌照。不同的是，车主要有驾照才能上车牌。车牌也必须要有至少一台车作为载体，车牌不能凭空存在。严格来说，电台呼号=设备+操作人员（或组织）的组合，而不是单纯属于某人或某台设备。业余无线电中，一个人可以拥有多台设备，使用同一个呼号。至于玩法，刚入门，买个手台，能听的~~不能听的~~听腻了，上上中继，打打卫星。如果兴趣依旧存在，考了B，进入短波的世界，慢慢的自己就会知道自己喜欢玩什么了。供参考
