个人理解： 1、13.8是标准工况，许多电台甚至低于11V都能工作，只是发射功率受影响。电压过低电台也容易莫名其妙的故障，如死机、重启等。 2、部分服务器电源会对短波某些频率干扰，如果干扰正好落在您期望通联的频率上，会影响您的心情，而且服务器电源也没专门针对短波发射时产生的干扰进行过测试，是否会导致电压不稳、产生跳变之类。（卖服务器电源的非常不喜欢看到这句） 3、某精之类国产通信电源，针对上述问题有个旋钮，可以调节振荡频率，如果某频率发现被通信电源干扰，可以把干扰源“移开”，从而保证当前通联频率的“干净”。厂家也针对短波发射进行测试，在爱好者中保有量也挺大。 4、某石GSV3000之类的线性电台专用电源除了“贵”、“重”以外，没啥缺点。 5、我个人有某石线性电源，也有某精开关电源，也买过改装好的服务器电源。经过取舍，最终还是使用开关电源来带短波机，毕竟大几千的短波机，没必要冒这么大风险配个改装电源，通信开关电源也就几百块。通信电源还有个好处就是原生带个点烟器，手台之类的大多数支持直接用13.8V进行充电，这样就不用多插一个手台电源，怼个车充上去还能临时充充手机。服务器电源我也在用，偶尔用来测试车台之类临时使用，电流不大，设备也没短波台贵，风险也小一些。线性电源因为太重，放了一阵子把桌子都压变形了，所以现在收起来了。上述内容仅为本人愚见，无任何贬低服务器电源的意思，若与各位观点不同，一笑而过即可，无需争辩，您都对。

作为基地台用的话不妨配个好一些的电源, 改的服务器电源不推荐长期用

标称工作电压正负15%都没问题，服务器电源给电台用的话一般都改13.8v输出，淘宝上有成品出售。

The manual specifies a DC power supply with a voltage of 13.8V and a current not less than 23A. It also states that it can be connected to a DC battery with the negative terminal grounded at 12V. So, does this mean that both 12V and 13.8V are acceptable?

It seems there aren't many power supply models that meet the relevant requirements available online, but there are a lot of 12V DC server power supplies. If used as a base station at home, and excluding outdoor installations, would it be feasible to simply purchase a used 12V DC server power supply?

I just bought a new device and I'm still hesitant to mess with it.
