The Anhui "no-pipe" office is incredibly efficient! The exam was on Sunday, and the certificates were already issued by Wednesday.

dxs660 I remember that last year in Anhui, it was a paid service. This year, if it's free, I expect people to like/approve of it.

dxs660 Don't feed 200 yuan worth of dog food to the association and keep it for yourself.

I clicked on it.

The exam experience and application processing in Nanjing are also good, and it's an online exam, but currently there are restrictions on local residents and university students.

I took my exam last year and had to pay a fee, but the efficiency was very high, and I received my certificate quickly.

The certificate numbers can usually be found around the same time.
Currently, the fees are usually charged by the association, but the exam next door is very good and you can take it first and then fill in the registration information.

The efficiency on our side in Shandong is also very good (although we haven't yet received the physical operation permit).
And! This exam is organized at the municipal level, so there's no need to arrive early and compete for a spot. The number of available places is relatively plentiful.

I'm envious. Someone in Beijing passed their exam on June 16th and received their operating license on July 27th, while I haven't yet.
What was important? Around 3:30 PM on the 16th, I called to inquire about when these licenses would be issued. The person on the other end gave me a vague and cold response, saying they didn't know or weren't sure. However, around 4:30 PM, an announcement was posted on their WeChat account stating that the licenses had arrived...

The exam in Hefei was actually very comfortable. I took it on Sunday with my partner, and we closed out our positions on Wednesday._{The subsequent entity operation certificates are also free of charge. I called yesterday and was told that it would take approximately one to two weeks.}
The staff also kindly suggested that we wait for the market to stabilize before applying, as we could obtain the license directly on-site, which would save us a trip.
I think this service isn't much worse than what the previous association offered. Previously, in Hefei, it was a fee plus an online exam, and it took about half a month to get certified.

Here are some tips for friends who are going to Hefei to obtain a license:

To obtain your first license, you will need to bring your ID card, operating permit (an electronic version is acceptable), and equipment. Please schedule an appointment in advance, typically half a day to one day before (for example, if you want to apply on Friday, you can call to make an appointment on Thursday afternoon). When making the appointment, be sure to confirm what documents you need to bring. The license must be obtained locally, meaning you will need to provide proof of residency in Hefei, such as a local resident ID or proof of enrollment at a school. All these additional documents must also be brought.
For changing my license, I called and requested that they bring all equipment and documents, as well as the old license (which includes both existing and new equipment), and to schedule a time for the visit.
