General Provisions
Article 1: In order to fully, reasonably, and effectively utilize radio spectrum resources, ensure the normal operation of radio services, and prevent interference between various radio services, radio stations, and systems, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the "Radio Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China," the International Telecommunication Union's "Radio Rules" (2020 edition), and the actual situation of the development of radio services in our country.
Article 2. The research, development, production, import, sale, testing, and setting up of the use of various radio equipment within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) shall comply with this regulation, and relevant procedures shall be carried out in accordance with regulations such as the "Radio Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China."
Article 3: When using radio frequencies within the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, China, users must comply with the regulations regarding radio management issued by the governments of Hong Kong and Macao, China.
The radio frequency allocation tables listed in this regulation are formulated and implemented by the governments of the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, China. Relevant information and regulations should be based on the legal texts of the governments of the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, China.
This regulation has not yet been included in the radio frequency allocation table for Taiwan, China.
Article 4: This regulation shall take effect from July 1, 2023. The "Regulations on the Allocation of Radio Frequencies in the People's Republic of China" (No. 46 Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), published on February 7, 2018, is also simultaneously repealed.
