First, let's state the results: 105 QSOs initiated as QRT.
This ARRL 10-meter contest was essentially a spur-of-the-moment decision. I had noticed this competition on the Mulan DX calendar before, but hadn't planned to participate. As a result, I hadn't configured any software (after making significant changes to the remote control system following CQWW, I needed to reconfigure serial port splitting, etc.). The actual decision to participate came when I saw a message from some TOX teachers, and I started using my existing equipment.

Basically, I spent the whole day listening to SSB only, which is mainly due to the limited availability of CW. While SSB was quite lively, there were very few people using it. In the morning, I managed to contact a few stations, including BY JA UA9 DU VK and KH2JU (Guam), as well as some scattered European stations. The surprising part was that I also made contact with a station in SA for the first time. I heard two PY stations and one CE/CX (Chile/Uruguay) station, as well as the famous competition station LP1H. The actual stations I managed to connect with were LU8YE and LT3E from Argentina, which I contacted around 11:30 AM and approximately 1:00 PM respectively. I was a bit puzzled by this, as the "grey line" (presumably referring to a specific time or frequency range) should have been open.
In the afternoon, there were some minor issues with remote control, which resulted in being unable to connect to several radio stations for the entire afternoon.<10), which took until late in the evening to resolve, causing a significant loss of accumulated character and coefficient shares. We missed a good opportunity to acquire shares from Telelink Europe.
Saturday (Sunday catch-up)
I started familiarizing myself with the rules early in the morning. I initially thought that only QSO NA would receive points, so I didn't have much hope. However, after clarifying things, I began configuring my equipment. It wasn't until around 10:00 AM that I was able to make contact and my first QSO was with 4F1EBD. I hadn't yet assigned a callsign, but I gradually got used to it. According to my understanding of the characteristics of the 10-meter band in Ürümqi, this would be a period of limited activity without EU stations. However, AS OC continued to operate, and indeed, that was the case. Once EU started operating in the afternoon, I made contact with F8CFU, but suddenly lost connection (later tests revealed it was due to excessive power). At that time, I was communicating with F8CFU, but suddenly lost contact. I hadn't assigned a callsign to him, and he hadn't received mine either, but he still logged me. After uninstalling the equipment and reconfiguring everything, I suddenly couldn't share audio! This was a disaster! I could hear myself, but not others. I spent the afternoon trying to fix it, but I couldn't. Eventually, I asked BG0EJN to come to the radio room, and he managed to resolve the issue. However, by that time, it was almost dark, and I could only hear a few strong European stations, which made it difficult to communicate. Later, I communicated with EJN via text (a unique method I created), listened to some music, and then went back to my own work.
Sunday
I woke up around 7:30 AM, and when I turned on the radio, there was no activity yet. Only the power supply and I were looking at each other in confusion. So, I made some breakfast – a salad with bread – and waited for the signal to appear. My first QSO of the day was with JA7OWD from Japan, which had excellent signal strength. Even when I switched to BH7FFR on the same frequency, I continued using 100% power, which resulted in the same disconnection issue as the previous day. This time, however, it worked out much better: I uninstalled the device, set the COM port, and then started the software. Within 10 minutes, I was successfully online. I slowly adjusted the frequency and scanned the bands, and eventually found an OM operating on a local frequency. Later, around 10:30 AM, I also made contact with FFReacher, which was successful this time.
The subsequent period was tedious, involving repetitive sweep-and-exclude operations to identify new JA contacts. However, things started to improve after 3:00 UTC, when I first heard a US Hawaiian radio station, NH6D, which seemed to be operating as an YL Op. Then, I managed to make contact with a Korean radio station, and subsequently successfully made QSO with WH7T Aloha from Hawaii., This was also the first time our station had SSB contact with all fifty US states, including Hawaii, which is part of the mainland! The following consisted mainly of quiet sweeps. Xinjiang is not comparable to coastal areas; we could receive more JA signals. This period passed without much excitement, except for two notable QSOs: LU1VM from Argentina and 3W9A from Vietnam. After 6 PM UTC, European stations gradually appeared, with UA being the most common. Then, Mediterranean coast radio stations began to appear, and the spectrum became increasingly active. Surprisingly, a large number of Brazilian stations suddenly emerged, such as ZW5B (later I found on QRZ: Oh!).This doesn't seem strange, see the image below)

During this period, JA-PY-EU was interleaved, followed by EU Only, after which JA transitioned to OM and passed.
There's not much more to say. After the tedious work of scanning JA, I started scanning various EU frequencies. Then, I just picked up some random callsigns and was thrilled to make contact with S21DX and EA9ACD: The Bangladesh Expedition Station, Huda and Melilla DX stations.

In summary, the issue seems to be related to remote control, and if we could have avoided this, we would have likely completed half of our QSOs.
