After about a month of work, the 20-meter band Moxon antenna has begun to take shape.

Today, I'd like to discuss my material selection and manufacturing process.
Materials:
M6x25mm U-shaped card, 12 pieces (I bought 3 batches, which was just enough)
M10 screw with a horn-shaped head (I bought 20, and there were some left over).

Next up is the epoxy board; I purchased one that measures 300mm x 200mm.

The last two fishing rods (the ones I bought from PDD)

Manufacturing process:
First, use a ruler and compass to draw out all the hole positions on the board.
Roughly calculated, the angle ranges from 40 to 140 degrees.
Then, drill holes.

Install the U-shaped card on the epoxy board and insert it with the fishing rod.

Use the Moxon antenna calculation software to determine the oscillator length (without a diagram).
Leaving the house to test the antenna.
