If you frequently don't receive your mail, it might be related to the local post office. There's a somewhat unconventional (and not necessarily effective) method: change your delivery zip code to another area within the same city. This way, when the mail is delivered, it will initially be routed to a nearby post office and then forwarded to your local post office, allowing you to check if it was lost during the sorting process.
