前段时间刚成为新B登，并打算以后好好精进自己的CW技术。然而，除了摩尔斯电码听抄以及电报拍发的手法之外，我对CW通联过程中的语句、用词规范却鲜有了解——在网上冲浪的过程中，也鲜有人提起在CW通联过程中，应该如何规范、合理地表达自己的意思。譬如，如果我要发起CQ呼叫，我应该发“CQ CQ CQ DE BG5XXX BG5XXX BG5XXX PSE K”——这是B类的考试题目，非常基础；然而，如果我要请求对方的QSL卡、相互交换天气/设备/天馈情况、或者同OM嘘寒问暖一番，这个时候我就不知道应该发什么、该如何发了。据我了解，在CW通联时，会涉及到非常多的缩写、略写；因此，使用CW发送英文原文显然不是一个好办法。所以，我想请教一下各位有CW经验的友台，有无CW通联语句、用词规范的相关经验分享/参考资料可供学习？感激不尽！

感觉CW每个人报信息的语法都不太一样，比如报OP我就听过很多形式：OP [name] / MY NAME IS [name] / OP NAME [name] / NAME IS [name]；有人用 IS 当主语和表语之间的系词，有人主语表语之间啥都不加；有人分割语句用，有人分割用 ES，有人句子之间啥也不加……所以感觉能听懂就行~~，总之就是各发各的~~。祭出大全套，可以选一些发（报信息大全套 GM/GA/GE DR OM UR RST ... I recently became a new B-class amateur radio operator and plan to further develop my CW (continuous wave) skills in the future.
However, besides Morse code listening and telegraph tapping, I have very little knowledge of the language and vocabulary norms used in CW communication. During my online browsing, I rarely encounter discussions about how to express oneself appropriately and effectively during CW communication.
For example, if I want to make a CQ call, I should send "CQ CQ CQ DE BG5XXX BG5XXX BG5XXX PSE K" – this is a question from the B-class exam, and it's very basic. However, if I want to request the other person's QSL card, exchange weather/equipment/antenna information, or simply have a friendly conversation with the OM, then I don't know what to send or how to send it.
As far as I understand, when using CW (continuous wave) communication, there are a lot of abbreviations and shortened forms involved. Therefore, sending the English original text via CW is clearly not an effective method.
So, I was hoping to get some advice from experienced CW operators. Are there any specific phrases or terminology guidelines that you use when communicating via CW? Any resources you could recommend for learning about these?

It seems that the syntax used by everyone to report information in CW is quite different. For example, when reporting "OP" (Officer), I've heard many different forms: OP [name] / MY NAME IS [name] / OP NAME [name] / NAME IS [name]. Some people use "IS" as a linking verb between the subject and predicate, while others don't add anything between them. Others split the sentence using<BT>Some people split the audio using ES, while others add nothing between sentences… So, as long as I can understand it, that's what matters.~~In short, everyone handles their own affairs.~~。

If the names are exchanged, they absolutely must be spelled correctly. The other information may not necessarily be repeated even after being sent by the recipient. Foreign ham radio operators often exchange names, and the QTH (location) is optional. Only a few people with spare time will exchange equipment and weather information.

There's a relatively "official" document from the IARU:Ethical Guidelines and Operational Procedures for Radio Amateurs I have provided some suggestions for communication processes that you may find helpful.

I have a set of USDX that I'm not sure what the problem is...the audio quality is particularly poor, and the transmitted audio isn't very good either...so I can't use it for SSB or FT8; the only thing that seems to work normally is CW.

Whether or not a report was filed, and how it was handled, is not something I dealt with. I simply pointed out the potential legal risk. Given the tightening of regulations across various regions, I personally take precautions to avoid such risks. If it seems okay, then proceed.
Don't argue... Using shortwave to access weather information from foreign websites, like accessing a website, is also illegal.
