This is really frustrating. After I installed it, everything was in English. Then I changed all the language settings to Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), but it still remained in English. However, other languages worked fine. The only solution I could find was to replace the Japanese files with Simplified Chinese and then switch to Japanese.
