Me: I have a walkie-talkie, and so do you. But my walkie-talkie is better than yours. It has a large screen and lots of big buttons, and it's bigger and louder than yours.
Grandfather: You said you have a two-way radio, and so do I. My little radio is a company-provided public network radio. There are dozens of two-way radios in several houses, along with a rack of shortwave radios and licenses – it's impossible to list them all. My shortwave radio covers all seven continents, and I use it when I'm bored at home or looking for work. I also have a two-way radio in my receiving room; as I get older, simple equipment is easier to use. If it can connect to a repeater, that's all I need.
Grandfather: And I also want you to take a good look at my walkie-talkies. You need to study hard, learn a foreign language well, get into a good university, earn money, and then buy an authentic MOTOROLA product. Don't use fake MOTALARO products here!
