工信部网站申请15W，只要B类操作证是2024年3月以后取得的，默认提交不了。。。出现上图弹窗。

所在的省如果不支持签承诺上执照的话就无解了，新B工信部的路子是走不通的，只能换个省份上执照。

建议部长信箱咨询如何操作，然后以部长信箱答复和本地无管人员协商注意是协商，别拿答复压人家小心直接给你扫地出门了
