分两种情况：看你后购买的电台执照是由9区还是4区来发，若为前者则在9区直接新增设台，表格中原呼号填写你已有的4区呼号。若为后者则在4区办理变更手续，并确保执照为**全国无固定**，否则在9区使用违法。

说说我的经历：1区HAM，已在1区取证，派驻到8区工作，想在8区也玩短波，所以申请工信部的全国无固定，历时6个月，目前收到了已许可的通知，但是证还没收到
