
The original poster had already dealt with this, but it was apparently dug up again. I also did something similar recently, and VSPD is quite complicated. You can't just create a virtual pair of ports; instead, you first use SDR software to connect one port to the radio, then enter the SDR software and check the "handshake" option.
This MX virtual port software is incredibly easy to use! The real COM port acts as a radio, and the two virtual ports created can be directly assigned to two separate applications, allowing them to synchronize and work together. You don't even need to run RSP simultaneously; you can run them independently if desired. It's very user-friendly.
