Version 2.05, dated December 9, 2024
1. Add a new feature that allows users to select an area and, upon activation, navigate to the corresponding list of areas in either segment A or B.
2. Adjust several quick actions performed during startup:
a. Press the power button to disable automatic shutdown. If the shutdown time has been set too short, causing the device to turn off immediately after starting, use this function to disable automatic shutdown and then re-set it.
b. Power on + press the two buttons to restore display contrast to level 13. If the contrast is too high or too low, making the display unreadable, you can use this operation to reset it.
c. Press the power button to turn on/off voice control functionality.
3. After each call, add an arrow to indicate whether the last call was in segment A or segment B.
4. Modify the spectrum listening mode, changing the original DEC attenuation term to SQ. When the immediate signal exceeds the SQ value, it can trigger reception. To avoid interference, you can manually enter an SQ value to raise or lower the threshold for opening reception.
In spectrum mode, after receiving a signal, long-pressing the "O" key can block the current frequency. When encountering an interfering frequency, you can use this function to block that specific frequency, and up to 10 frequencies can be blocked. Long-pressing the "*" key will disable all blocking functions.
5. Change the antenna port for frequencies above 560 MHz to the center shortwave antenna port to improve the reception sensitivity in this frequency range.
6. Fix the issue where channel switching does not work.
7. The "Simulated Radio Communication Settings 03" menu has a new feature called "Short Tail Noise Control 24". When the transmitting radio uses a digital sub-audio (e.g., D023N) and the receiving radio does not use a digital sub-audio, the different types of tail noise reduction can result in a longer period of tail noise that cannot be eliminated, which can cause significant inconvenience for users wearing headsets. Therefore, this feature has been designed to shorten the duration of tail noise when "Short Tail Noise Control" is selected. However, this feature is for testing purposes only. If it affects the quality of received calls, please disable this feature.
8. Modify the backlight lighting logic. Currently, regardless of whether it is receiving or transmitting, the backlight will not light up when in deep power-saving mode; only pressing the button will turn it on. In other power-saving modes, both receiving and transmitting can trigger the backlight. If the backlight never lights up, please confirm that the backlight switch has been set to off, and also check if the backlight brightness has been set to 0.
