I expected to have to scan and register my information, but the postal worker checked the sealed envelope and directly retrieved my previous mailing information from the system. They only asked me to confirm the address, and they also said that I wouldn't need to verify it on-site anymore; I could just drop it in the mailbox. To receive more international paper QSL cards, especially when receiving US postage, is very exciting. Once, I received up to 4 US dollars from a Swiss radio station.
