The other settings are fine. Regarding the UVK6 antenna, it provides better signal gain in the horizontal direction, so you should orient the antenna vertically, i.e., perpendicular to the direction your phone is pointing. I also tried receiving signals last night in the city center, but without success; this was likely due to excessive interference. Furthermore, if you want to compensate for the Doppler effect, you need to calculate the frequency accurately. The signal should not be at 145.8MHz; my current estimate is around 145.796MHz.
