For example, I once requested a card exchange from someone, but when I checked their QSL record on their personal page, there was no record of it. I had to try again. Also, some stations have indeed sent me three requests to exchange cards, and I also received three emails from them in the community forum. However, when I check their QSL records, I still can't find any record of this station. I can't even click "agree," and I have to wait for a certain period before I can see their card exchange request.
