Some HAMs are concerned that uploading their amateur radio license could lead to the exposure of personal information, particularly their ID numbers. To protect their privacy, it is possible to remove their ID number before uploading the license. Some HAMs have successfully done this. After all, qrz.com only verifies whether your license and call sign are valid.
