I have a little bit of time; I'll update you on the latest developments.
Continuing from the previous episode, after I left on my bike, I continued to scan frequencies using a spectrum analyzer. As soon as I heard their signal, I would coordinate with other friendly stations to set up the same frequency and receive SSTV images.

This is an SSTV image.
Each time they heard this sound, they would switch frequencies, but each time they switched to a frequency within the amateur band, which I found very frustrating.
I spent a few days like that.
On November 3rd, I heard their voices again on 430.075.
I said on the frequency that I wanted everyone to stop talking, as it was interfering with my SSTV transmission.😅
He said, "Can we talk about this? Let's try to resolve it."
I said, "Sure, where should I meet you?"
He said, "I'm from Zhongtong Express Station, Cao Xin Zhuang."
I said, "Just wait here; I'll be right back."
To ensure my own safety, I used a weapon for self-defense. I wasn't worried that they would attack me. I also had a radio (model D11) in my right pocket to communicate with the factory and call for help in case of an emergency.
After confirming everything, I got back on my beloved bicycle and rode towards their factory. I passed through the bushes and the main road.
I arrived. I said, "Here I am, I've arrived," using the frequency.
Soon, six of them emerged, and security personnel also arrived. There were a total of seven people. One of them was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt that revealed tattoos, and I thought this might be their way of resolving the situation?
He asked me why I wasn't allowed to use this channel; we have been using it for 7 years.
I replied, "According to the Regulations on Wireless Telegraphy of the People's Republic of China, the primary use of frequencies between 430-440 MHz is for radio positioning and aviation wireless navigation, with secondary use being amateur radio." I also presented my amateur radio operator certificate and license.
They didn't understand what I was saying, and then they asked me, "What do you do? Which organization are you with?"
I said, "I'm a hobby radio enthusiast, and this frequency is for secondary use. If I continue to operate on this frequency without authorization, I will report you to the authorities, and you will face administrative penalties."
They seemed to not understand and acted very arrogantly, instructing a young man nearby to "record, record."
I said, "Record! Just record!"
I roughly repeated what I said earlier.
They asked me a sarcastic question that made me laugh out loud: "Do you really think only you have the license? Don't you know we don't?" followed by, "Be careful, I might report you."
I replied, "Even if you have a license, engaging in commercial activities is illegal! Sue me! Sue whoever you want!"
He remained silent again.
They had been recording for about 5 minutes, and I asked them, "You've all been recording for so long, can I record one too?" I also asked them.
The device says "okay" when activated.
I hadn't even taken out my phone yet, when they said, "Let's go, everyone."
As a result, I created this video on Bilibili.

Seeing their lack of sincerity and unwillingness to discuss anything, I turned around and walked a few steps. The tattooed guy who had been harassing me chased after me again.
He said to me, "You didn't record it, did you?"
I said, "No."
He said, "Could we please have access to these frequencies? For example, I only need to use this one channel."
I said, "I'll write to you on a different frequency so that we won't interfere with each other."
He said, "We've been using this one for 7 years now, and you still charge us for changing frequencies?"
I said, "I don't want any money from you; I never mentioned money to you at any point during the entire process."
He then said, "Or would you like to have Uncontrolled come? But could we do it without disturbing you beforehand?"
I replied, "Let me reiterate: it's you who are disrupting us, not the other way around!"
He said, "Well, I guess we'll just have to figure it out."
And so, I rode back home on my beloved bicycle.
It was Sunday, and I called Tangshan No. 1 Power Plant, but there was no one answering.
I called again yesterday, on Monday, and they gave me a new number.
After connecting, the person was very polite and asked me a few questions.
Please provide me with an email address so that I can upload my information and evidence to it.
Yesterday afternoon, I called the "No-Wire" hotline again. They told me that they were handling the case in Fengnan and would call me when they arrived. Today is the second day after I made the call. Let us witness the efficiency and effectiveness of No-Wire's law enforcement in Tangshan, Hebei.
I should have lunch now, everyone.
