刚刚唐山无管来见我了，给我看看对方工厂的承诺书。承诺一周内停止非法占用。承诺书不让我拍照，但是给我看了。效率没话说，杠杠的。处罚力度和我心中差距很大，我感觉最轻的就是没收所有设备+罚款。没有给我的书面材料，只是口头告知一下。🙃

说什么来着，对于黑台，查处打击处罚力度，基本见不着，隔三差五被查验管控不给这不给哪的都是我们这些领了牌照的合法电台。

收集证据，不予理睬，提交举报。不过现实的是，由于大量的对讲需求、商家长期漠视法律的实际情况，U段只要不干扰中继上下行、常用频点，没必要和他们过多纠缠。😀说到底，业余无线电在U段也不过是次要业务。

你不是执法部门，没有处罚权，当然不会把你当回事，所以建议： 1. 未实际干扰业余通联的，不影响通联、打星的，不要理睬 2. 已经干扰业余通联的，不必和他们废话，反正他也不听，直接举报到当地无线电管理办公室，让专门的执法部门去处理 3. ~~已经干扰业余通联，假装自己是市工信局无线电管理办公室的，用官方的语气进行宣教，警告他们已经违反《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》第七十条，责令他们进行整改，否则要固定证据并依法罚款~~（不推荐，因为你也违法了）
