You can fill it out by scanning the code, and you'll receive both a new return receipt and an SMS notification. However, they later start charging fees. Once you don't pay, the QR code becomes unusable because it has already been printed. Therefore, it is best to first use a scanning software that can directly display the original text of the QR code to verify the URL.
