Competition
Compared to last year's competition, and the WPX event at the beginning of this year, some equipment has been adjusted. During the WPX event, I tried using the main power source but quickly ran out of battery, so this time I found a campsite with access to city power to solve the power issue. Previously, all competitions were GP-based, but due to being in a public area, there was concern about pedestrians, so I switched to a standard V for this competition as well, and it was my first time using a standard V.
The activity at 10m was much more intense than I expected, especially on the afternoon of the second day when European stations were so busy that it was difficult to find a good place to set up. As a result, I spent most of my time just roving and setting up temporary spots. Looking at the logs, the ratio of QSOs (contacts) while setting up versus roving was approximately 1:2. I hope to improve this ratio next time.
