LoRa的能在多个频率上跑起来 vivo那个也是写明了用LoRa的在空旷地上可实现1km-10km的传输距离。国内给的频率应该是470 – 510MHz 国内有好几家都是做了蓝牙5.2+LoRa方案, 可以灵活切换组网甚至BT over LoRa 可以参见vivo的说明 https://www.vivo.com.cn/service/questions/all?questionId=1839

Guesses from non-experts are unreliable.
Currently, they are all press releases that mention the澎湃T1S communication chip and its range of 3.5 kilometers in open areas (the "Great Prairie"). I suspect that the frequency band is unlikely to be used for satellite or Wi-Fi frequencies. It may be using a specific frequency within the 5G FR1 band, such as n5, n8, or n28, which fall within the 700-800 MHz range.
Since it's claimed that there's no network connectivity, then naturally, it won't go through the base station.
The functional principle achieves a similar result to direct connection with two handsets, but it uses a more complex frequency band and implementation process. It should require the same model of phone and software assistance; directly dialing a phone number probably won't work.

LoRa can operate on multiple frequencies, and Vivo also uses LoRa. It should be specified that LoRa is used.
It can achieve transmission distances of 1 km to 10 km in open areas. The specified frequency within China should be 470 – 510 MHz.
Several domestic companies have developed solutions using Bluetooth 5.2 + LoRa, which allows for flexible network switching, including BT over LoRa.
