I just completed a black and white one, and it looks pretty good – the black squares at the top and left of this card are aligned with the fillable area – so theoretically, this card should be able to be scanned.😉

Draba It doesn't necessarily need to be perfectly aligned; in fact, four positioning points are sufficient. Simply measure the distance from each positioning point to the area where you want to apply the label, and then fix the position.
Additionally, I really wish there was a system for scanning the papers, but currently, the mainstream grading platforms are only available to schools. It seems that individual use is not supported (though, if you're a school IT staff member, you could potentially take them and scan them yourself).
