Based on the version by ANY (241215), I modified the TJC4832K035 and 8048x543 versions. In addition to changing the screen model, I also made the following modifications:
- The C4 interface supports displaying 10 call signs.
Yaesu users often add a suffix to their callsigns, and the current maximum length for both the callsign and suffix is reportedly 10 characters. The original version only considered 6-character callsigns, which made it difficult to read in C4 mode, so some adjustments have been made.
- The local signal strength and packet loss rate were added for DMR, C4, D-Star, P25, NXDN, and M17 interfaces, and preliminary testing was conducted on DMR and C4.
ANY indicated that its device would not send the relevant information, so I commented it out. However, both pistar and wpsd can normally send this information to the screen. The error rate on the screen is the real-time error rate, which can only be viewed after the transmission is complete in the web background, so the real-time error rate still has some effect and should be displayed as much as possible.
The DMR interface's field strength error messages occupied the space previously used by the original group names. I personally didn't find those names particularly important, and besides the "National Multi Mode" name for group 46001, I hadn't seen any other groups with prominent names, so I simply replaced them without hesitation.
