I'm not very familiar with this, but I think it might be possible to deduce the state based on the AMSAT state diagram. However, the DF2ET state seems inaccurate. Also, there are enthusiastic amateur radio operators who constantly try to transmit and only stop when they can't get through.

The ISS generally starts up normally and is currently the most stable and easiest-to-use LEO satellite transponder among those available. However, it occasionally hosts scheduled communications with astronauts, and ARISS will notify users approximately 2 days in advance of the specific time via its official X account before shutting down, which can be used as a reference.
2. TEVEL series 1 to 8 are all normal, with 2 to 7 being within the expected range. Specifically, TEVEL 5 is reportedly experiencing issues due to a recent incident.~~Forced~~The device has been experiencing intermittent and severe noise issues for approximately one week, with the other sensors functioning normally. The specific startup time was posted by the account "David 4X1DG" on platform X. The PO-101 (also known as DIWATA-2B) is similar to the TEVEL, and for convenience, both can be viewed on the websites mentioned above.
The SO-50 (also known as SAUDISAT-1C) is initiated by the ground station itself. The two frequencies listed in the form are used for this purpose. After each startup, the satellite can operate continuously for 10 minutes. If a startup signal is transmitted during this period, the countdown timer will be reset.
The UVSQ-SAT satellite can only be launched a few times per year, so I will not discuss it here.
The exact startup time for LILACSAT-2 (also known as Lilac) is uncertain; we'll have to wait and see.~~If you have a friend who can read palms, they could try it out, or you could analyze the data on the AMSAT page.~~
