BG5DNQ 因为众所周知的原因，浙江的执照上设备只能是v段的核准，频率上也很少有人，于是想到玩mmdvm，但是宝峰dm5r这些便宜的dmr手台又只有u段核准。看浙里办的时候发现核准这里可以填改装 想问一下有没有设备这里是自制改装拼装的ham，是需要验机吗？可不可以填改装然后实际使用dm5r（毕竟dm5r可以使用v段）？

BG4IJK 不能，用别的机器办执照吧。另外不知道你那个台子的核准码是不是2017FP3280，如果是的话，在允许U段的省份也办不了业余执照，因为核准里没有业余频率。 能上执照的DMR机器不多，具体哪些可以在论坛翻翻帖子。
