山东的A类证书给放非固定台址设台范围为全国的证，不知道甘肃是不是也这么大气的放证。

和操作证发证地无关。设台参照当地政策。

我的是有台址，省际或涉外的。我本来是要设全国台的，不过省际也不错，满足需求。补充条件:写一份情况说明（说明设全国台的需求或者必要性）。

BG0EQG For those of us who don't have a fixed radio station, there's no need to write the vehicle details (and besides, I'm just an A-class handheld). The documents at the end of the image are automatically generated by the system, and I haven't modified them. So, simply filling in the information is sufficient.
