First, determine if you are able to communicate with each other.
If you've made contact via [Callsign], then use QRZ to find the other person's information, and decide whether to send a paper or electronic QSL card. If it's electronic, simply email it to them. If it's paper, mail it to their address using the information from QRZ.
Since you haven't communicated with him before, decide whether you want to send him an eyeball QSL card.
