After seeing your previous post about the 5DR, and now that you're considering the 6R and 70D, it seems your digital needs aren't very high. If you don't have a strong need for many digital channels, then the VX6R would be a good choice.
Features of VX6R:
1. The VX6R supports reception of AM/WFM/FM in all frequency bands. (Note: Although the FT5DR also covers all frequencies, it cannot automatically switch between modes and lacks FM transmission capabilities on the 6-meter band.)
2. FM transmission in the 6-meter band.
3. It offers a wide range of features. For example, in channel storage, it includes various functions (repository, PMS, skip), which are quite convenient.
4. The operation and interaction are very complex (actually, extremely so, requiring frequent consultation of manuals).
5. Character display is limited to 6 characters.
6. Only implement single guard, or configure belonging channel periodic scanning to achieve the effect of false double guard.
