Locking posts and deleting posts
The HamCQ community maintains all users and their contributions, and administrators and moderators have the authority to manage the content within the community in order to protect user-generated content and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
The HamCQ community, as a legally recognized open community, provides all users with equal opportunities to express their opinions and participate in discussions. However, please avoid frequent requests for administrators or moderators to intervene.
Please note that the user agreement includes the following (excerpt):
First: Users are legally responsible for all activities and events conducted using their user account.
Second: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of the registration information provided in the HamCQ community.
Third: Any information that a user does not want to be disclosed to other third parties should not be posted on the HamCQ community.
The posts are formatted using Markdown, and users are allowed to preview their posts before publishing. Therefore, please review your content carefully before posting.
After posting, the community provides a 10-minute editing window. After 10 minutes, the original content will be fixed, and new content can be added in the comment section.
This design aims to ensure that everyone takes responsibility for the content they publish.
Administrators and moderators prioritize locking posts that violate community guidelines. The following behaviors qualify for a post to be locked:
Article 1: Content that violates the definitions of "unfriendly behavior" and "malicious behavior," particularly content containing terms such as "radical," "personal attacks," "sarcasm," "vulgar content," "excessive irrelevant information," "excessive off-topic discussion," and "violation of social morality."
Second: To be locked by relevant departments;
Third, if user-generated content contains other issues, such as topics that are no longer suitable for discussion.
Administrators and moderators should exercise caution when deleting posts that violate community guidelines. The following behaviors will trigger deletion:
First, the behavior must meet the definition of "violation" as outlined in Section [Section Name], and the circumstances must be particularly serious.
Second: Information that has been instructed to be removed by relevant authorities;
Article 3: Any violation of the "Privacy Policy," such as disclosing personal information.
