mH这里是x米高的意思，比如五米高的3单元3波段八木，就可以简写为“3ele 3band yagi @5mH” 另外tribander八木也是常用的说法，一般特指20 15 10三波段八木。

我以为是毫亨...电感的单位亨利.. 亨(H)、毫亨(mH)、微亨(μH) 10米高度也太日式英文了笑死

mH here refers to x meters high, for example, a 3-unit, 3-band Yagi antenna that is 5 meters high can be abbreviated as "3ele 3band yagi @5mH"
Another common term for a triband Yagi antenna is "tribander Yagi," which typically refers to a Yagi antenna covering the 20, 15, and 10 meter bands.

In reality, how would you describe this writing style...? It seems that it's primarily used by JA, and while it may be useful in other countries as well, it is not very common.

Many prominent figures in China were significantly influenced by JA (presumably a specific entity or standard), and it's not unusual to see this usage emerge.
