I have a condenser microphone; how do I connect it to a radio?

I found that the original factory microphones were very expensive, so I decided to look for alternatives.
The radio is an ICOM 9700. I searched all night but couldn't find any relevant information.
Currently, I have a De'sheng K500 capacitor microphone and its accompanying phantom power supply. The microphone impedance is 400 ohms. Can I directly connect it using 8-core aviation plugs according to the definition? Or do I need additional circuitry?
The PTT has a foot pedal switch.
