近期要考操作证，发现江西省内的考试可能需要等到下半年了，一年一到两次且较少在南昌以外城市考试，反观广西，近期百色、柳州、北海、河池、防城港、贵港等多个城市正在陆续开展无线电操作证考试工作，全省考试次数之多、范围之广远超江西，也思考过原因，但始终心里得不出个标准答案，不知大家有何见解。

各自为政导致的吧。曾经电询，表示A类操作证审核权属于省、自治区、直辖市一级工信机关，B类操作证审核权属于CRAC。各自为政导致各省开展情况不同。例如一部分省市是全省各市同时开展考试，一部分省市是不固定时间开展考试，还有一部分是全省只有一个考点。总而言之，勤联系，勤跑路，总会有解决办法的。

I recommend that you call the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to inquire about the feasibility of their exam plan.
I am from Heyuan. My Class A driving license was obtained in Liuzhou in December 2019, where tests are typically held twice or four times a year. I only turned 20 in July 2020, so why didn't I take the test in Heyuan? Because Heyuan requires you to pass the exam and then set up the testing location, and also requires that you be at least 18 years old to obtain the certificate. Furthermore, Heyuan only conducts exams for those who have already passed the initial test, and there were even two years when no tests were held.

Any revenue generated must be used solely for non-profit purposes, and typically operate on a self-financing basis (meaning staff salaries may not be guaranteed).
