1. Due to backend configuration, the card number can only be 5 digits long and can contain any combination of numbers and letters. However, when sending letters to the backend, they will be converted to uppercase. When querying, both uppercase and lowercase versions are acceptable.
2. The system has been updated to automatically check if the card number has already been used on the issuance interface.
3. After entering the call sign, the system will search the database to see if it contains address information for the user who issued the card. If found, a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to choose from previously used addresses, along with relevant card number, card status, delivery status, and usage time.
