应该只有CB频段了吧，免执照。当然国内没有CB频段（听说香港有，但是没具体了解过）。 UHF的公众频段重合率都比较低、比如欧盟PMR466、美洲FRS462、北欧KDR444都没啥重合的。反而是CB频段，由于美规CB27的设备流出到各个国家的水货实在太多，因此许多国家制定法规的时候也都直接用了一样的频段。

It should only be in the CB frequency band, which doesn't require a license. Of course, there is no CB frequency band within mainland China (I have heard that Hong Kong has one, but I don't know the specifics).

The overlap rates in the UHF public frequency bands are generally low, such as the European PMR466, North American FRS462, and Nordic KDR444, which have very little overlap. In contrast, the CB frequency band has a high degree of overlap due to the large number of unlicensed CB27 devices that have entered various countries. As a result, many countries have adopted the same frequency bands when establishing regulations.
